Generally, Cedar Ridge High School qualifies for the exemption under board rule: R277-491 & R277-477
This means that the local board of education acts as the community council and approves appropriate spending of Trust Lands funds. Any meetings will coincide with board meetings regarding CRHS and trust land funds when applicable. The exception to this is if a community council can be formed for the current school year.
